This thesis use the Chinese railroad 11 bureau of zhuzhou bridge factory’s 32 meter full- automatic liquid press of the inside mold for research object, for the shortage of rigid,put forward the improvement measure, after analytical the rigid, then make use of ANSYS’s optimize analytical module to optimize the steel frame of the standard segment, acquire the best structure parameter of the template steel and make the weight more ligth.
