Validation of OFDM error rate model in ns-3

This technical note publishes a new frame error rate model fo r OFDM signals for use in the ns-3 discrete event network simulator wireless models. The new e rror rate model is more closely aligned with recently published experimental results from a physic al-layer testbed.
