Preparation and Properties of Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose-Hyaluronic Acid-Carboxymethyl Chitosan Blend

The Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC)-Hyaluronic acid (HA)-Carboxymethyl chitosan (CMCS) blend films were prepared by solution method, and then characterized by FT-IR,XRD,SEM and water absorption capability. The results suggested that there were strong molecular interaction and good compatibility in the blend films. The blend films are expected to be used as controllable degradation biomaterials in the field of postsurgical hemostasis and anti-adhesion.
