Design and Implementation of Dynamic-Frequency Measurement Device Based on CPLD

This paper presents a new dynamic-frequency measurement method based on single-period frequency measuring principle and proposes the design and implementation of a measurement device using this method.The device can track the dynamic changment of frequency very well,and work with high-reliability.In addition,the device has features of miniature-volume,low-comsumption,and easy-portability.
