The Apparatus and Method to Sensing Strobo of Wireless Communication Terminal Automatically

PURPOSE: A device for automatically sensing a strobo of a wireless communication terminal is provided to automatically sense that a strobo is connected to an ear jack port of a terminal, thereby using the strobo without setting an additional option in the terminal when using a digital camera. CONSTITUTION: An earphone-microphone set/strobo connector(31) connects an ear jack and a strobo with a wireless communication terminal. An earphone-microphone set/strobo sensor(32) senses that an earphone/microphone set or a strobo is connected to the earphone-microphone set/strobo connector(31). A send/end controller(33) checks level information of the connector(31), transmits the checked the level information to an MSM(Mobile Station Modem)(36), and processes a signal related to a call start and a call end. A strobo controller(34) receives a charging control signal and a shut signal from the MSM(36), and controls the strobo. An earphone/microphone set controller(35) transmits a voice signal between the MSM(36) and a voice input/output unit. The MSM(36) receives a signal showing that the earphone/microphone set or the strobo is connected to the connector(31), and drives the earphone/microphone set controller(35) or the strobo controller(34) according to the level information.
