공동주택설비의 유지관리 실태조사

This study focuses on the actual situation of the maintenence on apartments facilities, and it was carried out to raise the maintenence efficiency. In this survey 10 apartments complex were selected among the apartment in Seoul by the maintenance register, and these were seperated 5 each as good or no good conditions of apartments facilities. Water supply system, hot water supply system, heating system, wastewater system, and elevator which influence on the age and function of a building were selected as survey items. The survey was executed on the maintenence office in apartment, and the survey data was treated by sum up. From the result based on the survey, most apartments with good condition of facilities were excuted the preventive maintenance, in this case all the chief object of maintenance is the businessman of housing maintenance. As a conclusion, it is the chief object of facilities in apartments is excuted by the businessman of a housing maintenance. On the next stage, it is required to grasp the problem of existing legal system on maintenance, and the collection of basic data on apartments design for easy maintenance.
