Stabilizing cage technology of deep shaft friction hoist

Cage-off accident is frenqutly caused by the bounce of cage due to the big elastic stretching of lifting rope,when cage lifts load in deep shaft.To solve this problem,dynamic model of cage at the bottom of deep shaft was established,and the analysis of elastic force of rope was done by virtue of mathematical function of Matlab.After the technological analysis of stabilizing cage,proposed compensatory-type to remove or control the rebound force,and use the method of locking cage orientation to realize the orientation of cage.Besides,the development of corresponding equipment is tested to meet the requirement of design.
