On singularity extraction of time-domain Green's functions of layered media

In this work, an efficient and highly accurate method for extracting the source singularity of time-domain Green's functions (TDGFs) of layered media is presented. The proposed method has controllable accuracy and can be easily incorporated into finite difference method in time-domain for subsequent use in a marching-on-in-time (MOT)-based time-domain integral equation (TDIE) solvers.
