Low voltage and low frequency current mirror using a two-MOS subthreshold op amp

The authors describe a novel current mirror for low voltage and low frequency application, which uses an op amp with only two MOS transistors operating in the weak inversion region. The advantages of the circuit are low voltage operation, small chip area, high output resistance and no bias current (voltage). The proposed circuit is confirmed by SPICE simulation.
