The Multi-Message Combined Backbone Network Mapping

After analyzing the existing Backbone Network Mapping method based on the traditional Traceroute,we propose a TCP/UDP/ ICMP Multi-message Combined Backbone Network Mapping Model(MCBNMM). The model uses a multi-message combination,multiprocessor and multi-thread method, combines with the router alias probing mechanism. The model can discover the routers that cannot be found by traditional Traceroute.The experimental results indicate that the new model can effectively enhance the accuracy and the integrity in topology discovery.
