Brittleness Analysis of Cr5Mo Face the Hydrogen High-temperature Heterogeneity Joints of the Processing Pipeline

The heterogeneous joints of Cr5Mo processing pipelines,which served under five different operation conditions in reforming equipment,are taken as the objects to research the effects of different operation temperatures on the structures and characteristics.The brittleness principle of welding joints was analyzed after comprehensively considering the effects on the joints characteristics caused by the factors including the hydrogen behavior in steel,the temper brittleness and the formation of the carbon-increase/reduce layers on the fusion line of welds.Some suggestions are put forward on the construction,operation and maintenance to ensure the safe operation of Cr5Mo processing pipelines.
