풍하중 기준에 의한 고층건물에 작용하는 평균류방향 풍하중효과

This paper presents a comprehensive comparative study of the along-wind loads and their effects on tall building utilizing the world major codes and standards: ASCE-7-98(ASCE 1999), AS1170.2-89(Australian standards 1989), NBC-1995(NRCC 1995), Eurocode- 1993(Eurocode 1995), RLB- AIJ-1993(AIJ 1996), and Korea modification standard(AIK -2001). The comparison in this study considers the definition of wind characteristics, associated mean wind loads, mean wind velocity profiles, turbulence intensity profiles, fluctuating wind velocity spectrums and GEF. It is notes that their effects arises primarily from the varations in the definition of wind field charcteristics in the respective codes and standards.
