자동변속기용 압력제어 밸브의 기본 설계와 응답특성 연구

The development of the automatic transmission characterized excellent shift quality and durability, it is essential to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the pressure control system. In this study, shorten development period and data-basing of product development and improve the accuracy of performance prediction through the process of development of the automatic transmission solenoid valve for setting the design direction. This process effects and improvements in performance on the initial design for the mass production of the product quality assurance, and was looking for ways to reduce the error on the interpretation and actual measured results. Also applied to the electromagnetic force field analysis, and automatic transmission hydraulic control solenoid valve on the development of computational fluid dynamics and design optimization through the solenoid valves and valve body with matching gender were examined.
