This report presents the findings of the research work that was undertaken to evaluate the service life and cost of routine maintenance activities. The estimates include various pavement, shoulder and drainage-related activities. The procedure was based on a statistical random survey of unit foremen using a questionnaire approach. These estimates will be used to identify cost-effective treatments at project and network level.
