The molar conductivities of dilute solutions of potassium chloride in binary mixtures of ethanol and water were measured in the temperature range from 288.15 to 308.15 K at 5 K intervals. The experimental data were treated by the Lee-Wheaton conductivity equation and parameters lambda_o and K_A derived. The ionic limiting molar conductivities (lambda_o) were obtained using the literature values of the cation limiting transference number to(K+) from the same temperature range. The ionic Walden product , thermodynamic quantities for the ion-association reaction (delta G_o, delta H_o and delta S_o) and the activation enthalpy of the ionic movement were calculated and discussed in terms of the ionic size, as well as solvent viscosity, permittivity, structure and basicity.
