Additive metering and cleaning system and stirring device containing same

An additive metering and cleaning system is provided, which comprises an additive metering system and a cleaning system. The additive metering system comprises an additive pot (2), a material feeding pump (5) and an additive metering hopper (7), which are connected to a receiving device (9) in sequence by a pipe. The cleaning system comprises a water supply device (14) and a first water pump (13), which are connected to the additive metering hopper (7) in sequence by a pipe; and the cleaning system comprises a first water metering system which is arranged on the pipe between the first water pump (13) and the additive metering hopper (7), the first water metering system comprising a first water metering hopper (11), a first water feeding valve (12) set upstream and a first water draining valve (10) set downstream. The arrangement of the first water metering system makes it possible to clean the additive metering system when it is working. A stirring device which contains the additive metering and cleaning system is provided.
