According to the actual running dates of a certain gas turbine,the load spectrums were set and the contact-thermal-elastic-plastic finite element model was created.The changes of stress-strain of the blade-disc structure were calculated respectively in the urgent loads,typical loads and improved loads.And the emendatory Manson-Coffin equation of Morrow was adopted in the fatigue life compute.Taking into account of both the maneuverability and fatigue life,a improved start-run-stop process was constituted.The methods and results may serve as a reference for the management and running process of the gas-turbine,steam-power and diesel engine installations.
