A Study on Anti-impact Property of the Bottom Shape of Plastic Mobile Phone Case

In this paper,the mobile phone shell model was established by analyzing and extracting the bottom feature of different radius curvature first.Then,based on ABAQUS,free-fall experiments were simulated and anti-impact property was analyzed.Curve-fitting was made based on MATLAB according to the experiment at data.In this way,the peak stress of free-fall model with certain radius curvature in a certain range is forecasted.The result has special reference value to the case designer.This links product design and reliability design together.
