Power quality evaluation based on entropy principles

Taking the substation bus as the basic unit of PQCE(Power Quality Comprehensive Evaluation), the architecture of regional PQCE is designed according to the ascription relation.The projection pursuit evaluation model based on maximum entropy(ME-PP) is used to extract the bus PQCI(Power Quality Comprehensive Index),and the importance of basic unit location is determined according to the principle of minimum relative information entropy,based on which,the PQCIs of substations,voltage levels and regional gird are determined using the eigenvalue weighting method.The numerical examples show that,ME-PP decreases the uncertainty of projection and the combined weighting of importance and eigenvalue makes the regional PQCE more objective,comprehensive and reasonable.
