The introduction of alternative points of view or new concepts is invariably enhanced by the use of a notation which emphasizes the distinctiveness and unity of the subject. We introduce here a representation which is useful in describing general classes of nuclear processes as well as conventional and synergetic nuclear energy systems concepts. Our guide for the choice of notation is communicative clarity rather than completeness of physical detail.
