Disk head perimeter control device for warping machine

The invention relates to the field of spinning equipment, in particular to a control device for controlling a disk head perimeter by adjusting yarn tension. The disk head perimeter control device for a warping machine comprises a power circuit, a singlechip, a pressure detection device, an adjustment control device, an encoder and a human machine interface, wherein the power circuit is used for supplying power; the singlechip is used for calculating the perimeter of each coil of each disk head; the adjustment control device is electrically connected with the pressure detection device, directly transmits an output signal from the pressure detection device to the singlechip and receives a control signal from the singlechip to directly change a yarn tension value; the encoder is electrically connected with the singlechip; and the human machine interface is electrically connected with the singlechip and is used for randomly setting a speed of a first disc head so as to acquire the yarn tension value. The control device of the invention can effectively control the disk head perimeter for subsequent warp knitting, thus improving the warp knitting quality and reducing waste of yarns.
