Numerical Simulation on Wrapping of Self-Lubrication Bearing Bush Based on DYNAFORM

Taking the self-lubrication bearing bush of type I standard material as study objiect,the key simulation techniques in the wrapping of the bush are introduced,and a simplified approach is adopted in the simulation analyses according to the actual case,in which the finite element model of multi-steps formation is set up in the eta/DYNAFORM software.The results show that numerical simulation technique can provides a better understanding of the dynamics actions and their shaping features during the wrapping of the bush,which are valuable reference for practical production.
