Computer Aided Physical Test Technology

In mechanical engineering and production engineering, it is often necessary to carry out certain scientific tests. However, due to the limitations of test conditions and test costs, part of the test content cannot simulate the real situation. It is a new idea to simulate some difficult quantities by computer. This paper introduces three computer-aided simulation experiments completed by the author. Through these three tests, this paper introduces the advantages of using computer-aided test method compared with pure physical test and pure numerical calculation. This paper introduces the implementation of CAI in detail, including how to build physical model and environment variables, how to complete model deformation and environment data conversion, how to complete data feedback between model and environment, etc. These works are of positive significance for the development and improvement of computer-aided test.
