Book Review: Monolithic Integrated Circuits: Techniques and Capabilities

The plan ofthis edition has not been changed significantly, but there has been some tidying of errors and the references have been brought up to date. This volume can be unreservedly recommended to the thinking student who is interested in understanding the ideas and principles of the subject. Academic staff would benefit from it too. D. C.
