Motion Simulation of Precision Planter Based on ADAMS

Long precision precision planter has been using the traditional method,the production cycle is long,the physical prototype of high manufacturing cost.This paper introduces the application of Pro/E software and ADAMS software for precision planter unit virtual manufacturing and dynamic simulation.The first establish 3D models for the parts of planter application Pro/E parametric design function,through the restraint assembly,completion of precision planter unit virtual manufacturing process.Through the interface software Mech/Pro model into ADAMS simulation exercise.The simulation results show,parallel four-bar profiling mechanism of good profile modeling effect,satisfy the precision planter for sowing depth control requirements,improve the design efficiency and accuracy,precision seeding machine.for series design and manufacture of laid the foundation.
