64 × 64-channel Uniform-loss and Cyclic-frequency Arrayed-waveguide Grating Router Module

We developed a compact AWG-based 64 × 64 router module using 1.5%-Δ waveguides. This module provided uniform-loss and cyclic-frequency performance with an insertion loss of 5.4-6.8 dB.
