The Design of the Inspection and Forecast System for the Forest Plant Diseases

This paper has carried out detailed design for the function of the inspection and forecast system of the forest plant diseases through the analysis of present situation of the inspection and forecast of the forest plant diseases, and has pointed out the system's major function,and introduces the system' devoloper tool and the design of database struture.
