Schnittrandkontrolle von Basalzellkarzinomen mittels ex‐vivo konfokaler Laserscanmikroskopie mit digitaler Farbbearbeitung – Anwendung in der Routinediagnostik

Die ex‐vivo konfokale Laserscanmikroskopie (CLSM) erlaubt die feingewebliche Untersuchung von Nativpräparaten innerhalb von Minuten basierend auf Gewebereflexion und fluoreszenzbasierter Kernfärbung. Die neu eingeführte digitale Farbbearbeitung der Bilder imitiert die konventionelle Hämatoxylin‐Eosin (HE)‐Färbung nahezu perfekt. Ziel war eine Evaluation der neuen Methode im Zeitdruck des klinischen Alltags bei der Schnittrandkontrolle von Basalzellkarzinomen hinsichtlich Befundqualität und Zeitbedarf.
