The Fast Field Program (FFP). A second tutorial: Application to long range sound propagation in the atmosphere

Abstract A detailed description of a Fast Field Program (FFP) procedure which does not suffer from many of the numerical difficulties of earlier procedures is given. Predictions with the FFP are compared with those from other models.
