A method for automatically selecting network by radio terminal includes detecting current moving network for judging whether attribution network supports universal packet radio system GPRS protocol and access attribution network, confirming priority level of each candidate network and selecting network from high to low of priority level as well as requesting to switch in selected network , ending process if selected network is successfully switched in by terminal or otherwise not switching in network and ending process .
