Phase Noise Reduction in FET Oscillators by Low-Frequency Loading and Feedback Circuitry Optimization

Optimization of low-frequency Ioading allows reduction of 1/f converted noise in FET oscillators. Moreover, an appropriate low-frequency feedback between drain and gate gives an improvement over previous results. This improvement is explained by taking into account the properties of the noise autocorrelation function.
