Voiced/unvoiced decision device and method based on sub-band characteristic parameter values

The invention discloses a voiced/unvoiced decision device based on sub-band characteristic parameter values. The device comprises a voice signal framing module, a discrete high-pass filtering module, a characteristic parameter module for code extraction, a K bands segmenting module, a characteristic value module for counting characteristic parameters, and a voiced/unvoiced decision module. The invention further provides a voiced/unvoiced decision method based on sub-band characteristic parameter values. According to the method and the device, based on characteristics of statistical characteristic parameters of a current frame, correlation of sub-band characteristic parameters is analyzed to decide voiced and unvoiced sounds of each sub-band, the voiced and unvoiced sounds can be decided by the device and the method completely instead of the decision method of IMBE (improved multi-band excitation), voiced and unvoiced decision results for each sub-band can be more precisely acquired, high-quality voice synthesis is further supported, and the device and the method are applicable to low-bit-rate mobile internet environments.
