PURPOSE: A wireless device and a wireless system thereof are provided to effectively remove the complex line of an official and residential space by executing a wireless data communication process after receiving power. CONSTITUTION: A first power conversion device(110) changes power of being supplied from the outside into a power signal. A first communications converter(120) changes data offered from the outside into a communications signal. A first RF transceiver(130) wirelessly transmits the power signal and the communications signal. A second RF transceiver(210) receives the power signal and the communications signal. A second power conversion device(220) converts the power signal transferred from the second RF transceiver into the driving power.
