An automatic charging equipment with high-capacity storage battery was designed through being controlled by DSP.Using the HF SPS(High-Frequency Switching Power Supply),the software/hardware implementation of a TMS320LF2407 based controller system was introduced.With the tool-box of Simulink in Matlab,it adopts Fuzzy-PID methods to simulate the controlling system of charging system.Then the result of simulation will be used in DSP controller to realize self-control of the the parameters of Kp、Ki、Kd in PID controller so as to make the way of battery charging could simulate the excellent curve and reach ideal results.For the discharged battery had been restored to full charge,the charge time was much retrenched by this equipment.The converter was designed and the efficiency of system is promoted.
