Vertex-primitive s-arc-transitive digraphs admitting a Suzuki or Ree group

We study G-vertex-primitive and (G, s)-arc-transitive digraphs for almost simple groups G with socle G2(3 ) or Sz(2). It turns out that s ≤ 1 for such digraphs. We also construct examples with s = 1 for each case.
