The invention discloses a non-floating charging type substation direct current power supply system based on an iron lithium battery. The positive output end and the negative output end of a high-frequency switch charging module are respectively connected with a positive pole and a negative pole of a direct current bus; the positive pole and the negative pole of an iron lithium battery group are connected with the positive pole and the negative pole of the direct current bus by a fourth air switch K4; a plurality of output branches are connected in parallel on the positive and negative poles of the direct current bus; a plurality of high-frequency switch charging modules are connected in parallel; each high-frequency switch charging module is connected with a monitor with a model of BMJ-FPC; an insulated monitoring device is connected with the monitor; and the output end of a current transformer (CT) which is arranged on each output branch is connected with the insulated monitoring device. According to the system, the iron lithium battery group realizes hot spare and automatic power supply in a non-floating charging mode, and the system has the characteristics that the service life of power supply equipment is prolonged, the safety performance is improved, and the degree of automation is improved.
