Optimization Design of Assembly Line Station Based on Pseudo-Boolean Satisfiability

Given the assembly line process,working hours,and station number,how to keep the assembly line in balance is a fundamental problem in assembly line.By establishing mathematical models,the optimization design of the assembly line station is proposed in this paper based on Pseudo-Boolean satisfiability to identify one of the constraints and the objective function.The optimized arrangement of the assembly line station is achieved,and the assembly line to balance the production scale is made.The proposed design not only improves production efficiency,but also enables all stations to be used at reasonable level,thus avoiding the waste of resources.
