The vehicle-mounted terminal device based on the double CPUs at least comprises a main CPU and an auxiliary CPU, the main CPU is used for operating an android system and connected with a display screen, the auxiliary CPU is used for monitoring an automobile controller area network (CAN) bus and connected with the main CPU, the auxiliary CPU enables data of the automobile CAN bus to be fed back to the main CPU through a serial port in real time, and the main CPU enables the data of the automobile CAN bus to be displayed on the display screen through a vehicle condition information module. Simultaneously, the auxiliary CPU controls power supply state of the main CPU through a power supply chip, a power supply of the main CPU is closed automatically when an automobile is parked, and the auxiliary CPU enters into deep sleep mode. The vehicle-mounted terminal device based on double CPUs and the control method can operate the android system through the main CPU, effectively reduce power consumption, simultaneously achieve remote anti-theft comprehensively, and meet security and protection requirements.
