In order to meet the needs of the aero-engine performance test,a design of the embedded data acquisition storage system based on SD card is introduced,the high performance DSP processor MS320LF2407A is used as the main processor.In the offline mode,it can work independently from the upper machine,the collected engine parameters is stored in Flash and SD card in double backup,also can be in online mode,through USB port directly send data to first place machine for fault diagnosis and alarm.The SD card storage performance is tested by using improved March algorithm,and the results show that the system data record is accurate, data storage is stable and reliable.
