Signal detection and analysis of pulsed MIG welding of aluminum alloy

It was used the MIG/MAG YD-500AG2HGE power supply which was controlled by microcomputer to weld 3 mm thickness 1060 aluminum alloy. In the welding process, it was tracking that the electrical signal was detected through AH XIX ANALYSATOR HANNOVER that was developed by University of Hannover in Germany and discussed how the pulse mode influences the stability of process. Then the optima welding parameters were acquired from the analysis of welding voltage and current probability density distribution (PDD) and their waveforms.
