Subjektives Erleben und intentionale Einstellung in Interviews zur Nutzer- Companion-Interaktion

Studien zeigen, dass Nutzer technischer Systeme dazu neigen, diesen Meinungen, Ziele, Wünsche, Emotionen u. ä. zu unterstellen, um deren Verhalten zu erklären und vorherzusagen – ein Phänomen, dass der Philosoph Dennett als intentionale Einstellung beschreibt. Der Erfolg insb. von Companion-Systemen hängt von positiven Unterstellungen wie z. B. Hilfsbereitschaft oder Vertrauenswürdigkeit ab. Hier wird ein Ansatz zur Untersuchung unterstellter Intentionen in Nutzer-Companion-Interaktionen (UCI) mithilfe von Nutzerinterviews vorgestellt. Er erlaubt neben der Erforschung von Unterstellungen auch die Erforschung des gesamten subjektiven Erlebens der Interaktion sowie die Entwicklung einer diesbezüglichen Nutzertypologie.
