평판관용 루버핀 형상에 대한 열전달 및 압력강하 특성에 관한 실험적 연구

This paper aimed to find the optimal louvered-fin geometry of aluminum flat tube for the air conditioner with low air velocity. The heat transfer and friction characteristics have been experimentally studied for the louvered-fin angle and fin pitch of the louvered-fin heat exchanger which were supposed to be the important parameters. Test conditions were varied by five louvered-fin angles, three fin pitches and various Reynolds numbers of air. The heat transfer and pressure drop effects were analyzed in terms of j-factor and f-factor, respectively. The results show that the heat transfer is mainly affected by fin pitch rather than louvered-fin angle, and that the pressure drop is affected by louvered-fin angle rather than fin pitch.
