Fixed points of fuzzy neutrosophic soft mapping with decision-making

In this paper, we introduce some operations on a fuzzy neutrosophic soft set (fns$\mathfrak{fns}$-set) by utilizing the theories of fuzzy sets, soft sets and neutrosophic sets. We introduce fns$\mathfrak{fns}$-mappings by using a cartesian product with relations on fns$\mathfrak{fns}$-sets and establish some results on fixed points of an fns$\mathfrak{fns}$-mapping. We present an algorithm to deal with uncertainties in the multi-criteria decision making to slenderize energy crises by using an fns$\mathfrak{fns}$-average operator and a comparison table for fns$\mathfrak{fns}$-sets.
