Low Frequency Sampled Data Modal Control and Stabilization of Linear Periodic Processes with Control Signal Delay

The paper deals with a single-loop MIMO SD-system, in which a linear continuous T-periodic process is controlled by a digital controller that operates with a period of Td = dT, where d > 1 is an integer. Necessary and sufficient conditions for modal controllability and stabilizability of the system are given. The analysis is carried out on the basis of the discrete model of the system using the apparatus of determinant polynomial equations.
