ANALYSIS OF EVOLUTIONARY CHARACTERISTICS OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF MARINE ECONOMY AND ITS SYSTEM COUPLING PATTERN IN LIAONING PROVINCE

According to the theory of field force in social-economic-natural complex ecosystem, some key concepts were defined in assessing the sustainable development capability of marine economy. This method was applied to assess the sustainable development capability and its evolutionary characteristics of marine economy in Liaoning province. The results show that marine economy in Liaoning province is in the state of weak sustainable development from 1997 to 2003 and relative strong sustainable development from 2004 to 2005. And the process of its system coupling pattern is from economic-social sustainability to social-ecological sustainability to integrated harmonious sustainability.
