Terminal IP (Internet Protocol) address management method and terminal IP address management device

The invention discloses a terminal IP (Internet Protocol) address management method, which configures new IP addresses for a terminal and a UICC (universal integrated circuit card) of the terminal when determining that the IP address of the terminal and/or the IP address of the UICC of the terminal conflict with the IP address of an access network. The invention also discloses a terminal IP address management device for implementing the method, which comprises a determination unit and a configuration unit; the determination unit is used for determining whether the IP address of the terminal and/or the IP address of the UICC of the terminal conflict with the IP address of the access network, and triggering the configuration unit when conflict occurs; and the configuration unit is used for configuring new IP addresses for the terminal and the UICC of the terminal. By flexibly configuring the IP addresses of the terminal and the UICC, the invention prevents the conflict between the IP address of the terminal or the UICC and the IP address of the external network accessed by the terminal, thus guaranteeing the communication between the terminal and the UICC and between the terminal as well as the UICC and the external network.
