Design of a novel vision information acquisition system for micro objects

A vision information acquisition system for micro objects is designed.Aiming at the features of micro objects and the drawbacks of traditional vision systems in observing and analyzing micro objects,some improved methods are put forward based on economical and practical principles so that the lighting part,lens part,imaging part and processing part in the vision system are improved,thus achieving the required precision and real-time processing at the lowest cost.With the presented vision information acquisition system,an experiment on checking the LED weld is made,and a good result is obtained.
