The method comprises the steps of acquiring the unstructured data of transformer substation equipment, additional information of the unstructured data and processing data, storing the unstructured data, the additional information and the processing data according to a preset table structure, generating a query object according to a data query request and the table structure when the data query request is received, and obtaining a query result according to the query object, wherein a row key of the table structure comprises a type mask corresponding to a type, generation time, a data source and a quality code corresponding to data quality; and a column family of the table structure comprises a raw data family for storing the unstructured data, a data description family for storing the additional information and a processing data family for storing the processing data. The processing method of the unstructured data of the transformer substation is high in data access processing speed, and facilitates data migration.
