Global solution of the initial boundary value problem to a hyperbolic nonlocal MEMS equation

We are concerned with the multi-dimensional MEMS wave equation with nonlocal and singular nonlinearity. The global solution of the initial boundary value problem is obtained in the case of the small initial data.
