An Executive-Level Perspective on the Strategic Management Process

The problem for most planning executives who are as of yet uncommitted to a strategic management system is that of determining the ways in which this "new" approach differs from their current framework for planning. The author provides an executive-level perspective on the management process of strategy formulation and its implementation.
